The partnership of the Perno & Cremonese | Radice & Cereda Law Firms was created in July 2001, in order to share the experience and professional skills of the respective members and to enable fruitful cooperation on a stable basis.

A complete and coordinated operating structure was created and implemented in the two offices in Rome and Milan and the cooperation with law firms abroad, in Europe especially with Britain, has been strengthened over the years.

The joint entity, which consists of a team of over twenty five professional staff including lawyers and chartered accountants, can also rely on external consultants and professionals. Cooperation with these external staff is particularly effective (thanks to the well-established professional relationships which tie them to the two legal offices) and contribute to expanding the scope of operations in terms of the sectors covered and the geographical areas where they do business.
