SERGIO CESARE CEREDA
(Lecco, 12 October 1960), lawyer. Law graduate, 1986, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan.
He has handled important purchase and sale transactions and regularly provides his support to (leading domestic) major domestic banks on matters regarding derivatives, banking contracts, the financing of real estate assets and restructuring operations in general, including in cases of insolvency.
He has supported numerous public bodies and companies with regard to the concession, transfer and take-back of network infrastructure in various regulatory contexts, especially gas and electricity.
He has supported companies and private equity funds in building and managing network infrastructure.
